Drawing up the agreement
In the event that Orange Babies has valid reasons it can refuse an order or stipulate special conditions for fulfilment. In case Orange Babies cannot verify your home address, the order will not be accepted.
Prices and costs
Product prices in the Orange Babies Shop Online include 19% VAT. The prices in the Orange Babies Shop Online do not include shipping costs and administrative expenses. The shipping costs for all orders are € 2,50. This amount is fixed so it doesn’t matter if you order one article or more. Subject to misprints or mistakes and price changes.
Delivery
Orange Babies will take the utmost care in accepting orders and shipping the ordered articles. Orange babies will ship the accepted orders as soon as possible in order of receipt. As a general rule delivery takes place about two weeks after reception of the order. In the event that the delivery suffers delays because the articles ordered are not in stock or for any other reason, you’ll be notified no later than 30 days after placing the order.
Delivery address and service
When you order at Orange Babies, you can choose in which address you want your order to be delivered. Orders can only be delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Transportation warranty
If you notice the package is damaged before opening, contact Orange Babies immediately. If you have already opened the package at the moment you notice the damage, you have to report this to Orange Babies. Unused damaged articles will be replaced by Orange Babies free of charge.
Age limit
Orange Babies accepts no orders from persons under the age of 18.
Complaints and consumer protection
In case you are not satisfied with the Orange Babies products or services, do not hesitate to contact Orange Babies. Should you have a complaint about an article delivered to you, contact us within two months after you have noticed or reasonably should have noticed the defect. A complaint made to Orange Babies will be replied to by Orange Babies within 30 days after reception. Should Orange Babies foresee a complaint will take longer to resolve, it will answer within 14 days with an acknowledgement of receipt and an indication of when you can expect a detailed response. Orange Babies has an in-house complaints committee aiming to always resolve possible problems or complaints in consultation with the client in the best possible way.
Payment terms
Orange Babies ships the products only after payment is received by Orange Babies.
